Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Botnia account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
